HR Business Partner

Are you a down-to-earth and curious HR professional? We are looking for a driven HR Business Partner to join our team and to provide high-quality, proactive HR support to our business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic and global organization, where no two days are alike.

What you will do

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR solutions and initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will build trustful relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, shaping and implementing both global and local HR processes that support the development of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting managers throughout the entire employee life-cycle.

  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and supporting design of local policies.

  • Driving the execution of HR processes and programs.

  • Collaborating with business leaders, global and functional HR teams, and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure alignment of local processes with global HR strategies.

  • Representing the company in union meetings, consultations, and negotiations in partnership with managers.

  • Continuously developing our way of working within HR Nordics.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Several years of experience delivering HR support, preferably in a global matrix organization.

  • Strong understanding of working within a matrix organization with common global HR processes and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).

  • In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law. Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish labor laws is a plus.

This position is based in Mölndal, Sweden, where you will be part of the HR Nordic team as well as the wider global HR community.
